Seasonal Flu Clinic Update

Due to a delay in vaccine shipment the seasonal flu clinic for students
in all Monmouth Schools has been postponed until further notice.  As soon
as we receive notice that the vaccine is ready to be shipped, we will
notify you via newsleters or this site.  Unfortunately, this requires you
to fill out a new permission form which will be sent home with your
student.  Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause and thank you for
your understanding in this matter. If you have any questions/concerns or
you do not receive a new permission form please contact your school nurse
